Pikachu: My best character and favorite. I use him very often, including on Wi-Fi partly because I think he is a cool character. I haven't seen many people out there who are better with Pikachu than I am, except one person who was a major pro with him. That person was the only one who I couldn't beat more than 3 or more times. Other than that, I have a pretty good chance of thrashing them with this good and improved character from SSB Melee. Ever since buying the Wii Classic Controller and playing with it more often than the Wii and Nunchuck controls, I'm actually better playing with Pikachu this way. I sometimes use the green headband, which leads me to calling him, "Dojo Pikachu".
Marth: This character is my second best. However, I haven't been using him as often as I used to. You can say I'm good with him using the Wii Remote and Nunchuck controls. Who can't?
Yoshi: The cool dragon that is my third best character. His eggs and arial attacks are great for taking your oppenent out. If you are trying to damage someone with your Up-B attack when you know you are going to miss the ledge (as if in last stand in Call of Duty 4), it's better than nothing. His Over-B is supposed to be a recovery move, but it doesn't seem as if you can use that to accelerate towards the ledge. You can barely move in the air with it.
Samus/Zero Suit Samus: The world's most famous bounty hunter is one of my good characters. However, I still need to work on using her a little bit. After Samus' Final Smash, her suit breaks into pieces due to so much recoil. She pulls out a multi-gun-pistol that she keeps in her pocket in case her suit is trash. Why didn't Retro Studios make a last stand mode like this in Metroid Prime 3 when your last energy tank is gone, your suit falls of and you change to that pistol?
Falco: This character is cool. I'm working on getting better with him though.
Lucario: I don't use this character very often, but he is powerful. I'm pretty sure some of us know that the higher his percentage, the more powerful he is. Want to eat something? Think again. I think I should use Lucario a little more often.
Ice Climbers: I rarely use these characters, but they are great. This includes when controlling two people at the same time as long as they are together. If your partner is seperated from you, she tries to work her way back to you.
Link: Not my most comon character I use. There are some people I'll meat on Wi-Fi who are good.
Ike: Almost eveyone uses this character. He is powerful, but a little too slow for me.
Pokemon Trainer: The 3-characters-in-1 can become a little bit tired after using for a while, so you are enforced to switch. This provides you a variety of Pokemon.
Zelda and Shiek: Zelda is a cool character. I use her from time to time. She can transform into Shiek, which can give her an advantage of avoiding Final Smashes such as Kirby's pot or Marth's sword dash. The same thing applies with the Pokemon Trainer if you're on the ground. I use Shiek more often than Zelda because of her speed. The best time to change between the two is after their Final Smash, when you revive, or when no opponents are near you.
Lucus: I'm thinking of trying him out in multiplayer because of his Down-B.
