i know they only work with hgss right now, and since you have to connect it to your particular game (though it can be reset) i doubt they are going to make something similar to it for bw. i do like how they got something completely unique though, making them even more special. also, i think they are going to be the only games where follow you around outside. from the few screen shots that have been shown of the new generation, there have been no signs of pokemon following you. maybe its because they dont want to shown any of them, but you never know. it could have just been an hgss thing

mhm it was a great idea i kinda hoped you got to choose which one to walk with you not just the first one in your pack or even have the choice to walk with one or not

it would be fun to be able to choose which one you walk with. and if you dont want one behind you, just ride your bike

wouldnt you train him by having it in the first spot, then switching it out during battle? thats how i train normally

ya thats how i normally did like have it go out first then switch to knock the pokemon out and switch again when it askes before the other trainer sends another out and repeat...
but i kept forgetting to switch or heal pokemon and plus its gets annoying after awhile so i just stopped

you could always go the long old fashioned way at start at like route 1 and work your way up

haha i could but that would drive me nuts cause when you first play you have trainers and a story that gives you tons of points and after that its just wild pokemon... which dont give you much experience as to trainers specially trainers with more than one pokemon
