IF no one knows, here are all of the NEW Pokeball Pokemon in Brawl, with images! I also put previous Pokemon that have changed.
Metagross: Performs Earthquake by stomping around in one spot. One stomp traps the opponent in the floor, and the next sends them flying.
-The Cheat's Opinion: A good substitute for Venasaur, as it also brings something new to the proverbial table
Bonsly: Eventually performs Self Destruct. Until then, it can be picked up and thrown for HUGE knockback.
Celebi: Performs Teleport. Doesn't affect game at all, but it does drop Trophies!
Groudon: Performs Overheat. It doesn't move upon being summoned, but anyone touching it gets hit, causing high knock-back damage.
Deoxys (Attack): Flies up and performs Hyper Beam, a vertical condensed beam of energy, onto the stage. Large damage and knockback.
Electrode: Performs Explosion, which does good damage (Around 25%) and has VERY good Knockback. But, Electrodes can now sometimes be duds, as shown in the picture.
Gardevoir: Performs Barrier, creating a circular barrier which players can hide in to avoid projectiles. The barrier moves as Gardevoir moves.
Gulpin: Performs Stockpile, Swallow, and Spit Up. Sucks up opponents, and spits them out for high damage if they don't escape.
Jirachi: Flies around dropping Stickers until it flies away.
Latios and Latias: One comes out of the Pokeball, rushes offscreen, then both come and perform Aerial Ace together, rushing across the screen at high speeds with immense knockback.
Weavile: Performs Quick Attack. It attacks foes by dashing and stunning them, giving them the same effect as a shield break. However, if you are hit while in the air by Weaville (even though he stays on the ground), you go flying straight up.
Torchic: Uses the ability Blaze, which critically hurts those surrounding its flaming body. (Could also be Flare Blitz)
Suicune: Performs Ice Beam. It sends out a sharp beam of ice horizontally towards foes.
Piplup: Performs Surf. It will attempt to push an opponent right off the side of the stage with a wave of water.
Mew: Performs Teleport, doing nothing to the battle, but drops a very rare brand new CD!
Munchlax: Performs Stockpile and Swallow. It will run around the stage and eat any items it finds.
Meowth: Performs Pay Day. It chases after opponents with a barrage of coins, similar to Piplup's Surf, but it doesn't push opponents away.
Manaphy: Performs Heart Swap. It Swaps the hearts of characters, causing user to control of another character for a short time. (If you suicide, it still takes away one of your lives)
Kyogre: Performs Water Spout. It moves to the side of the stage and pushes foes back with water, similar to Mario's FLUDD. It doesn't cause any damage from the water, but coming into contact with Kyogre deals decent damage and knockback.
More to come, as well as Assist trophies(They aren't Pokemon, but still)
